Your Appointment

Following the Covid 19 outbreak your bridal appointment will run a little differently and we aim to do the first part over the phone where we love to hear about your ideas, themes, colours, flowers, music, and fabulous locations, as this gives us an understanding of you and your perfect day which is essential in order to find you the perfect dress! More information will be given at this time or via the email confirming your booking - it is essential we do our very best to keep your visit safe but also an enjoyable experience


You will be required to wear a mask at all times during your appointment and hand sanitiser will be available.

Come with nude underwear or shapewear that fits you well. It can make a huge difference in how a gown hangs. Don't worry if you're not quite that prepared yet; most brides rock up in black bras!

How Our Appointments Work

We operate on an appointment basis so you have our undivided attention.

We have a computerised appointment-booking system which will send you an email confirming of all your appointments. It is important to confirm your appointment via return email to secure your booking. It is very straightforward, but if you have any queries we are always at the end of the phone. We ask at this time that you limit your guests to two.

If you wish to arrange an appointment outside our standard weekday hours we will be happy to try and accommodate you. However, there will be a small booking fee of £20 which is redeemable against any order you place with us.
